We have made significant updates to the authentication system at Konfirmity, which will impact all clients who use Microsoft login to access our platform. If you have previously used Microsoft login, please follow these steps to regain access:

Option A: Use Login with Microsoft (Recommended)

1. Select the "Login with Microsoft" option: On the login page, click on the "Login with Microsoft" button to start the process.

2. Enter your corporate email address: On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Please use the corporate email address you have been using with Konfirmity.

3. Confirm your email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation message. Click on the confirmation link provided to complete the process.

Note: This is a one-time step required to connect your email address to our new authentication layer.

Option B: Use Magic Link to Login

1. Click on the "Sign Up" button: If you prefer not to use the Microsoft login, click on the "Sign Up" button on the login page.

2. Enter your details: Enter your name and email address to receive a magic link.

3. Check your email for the magic link: Once you receive the magic link message, click on the login link provided.

4. Manage your account: After logging in, click on your name in the bottom menu (or the circular user profile button if you're in the employee portal).

5. Link your Microsoft account: Select "Manage Account" and use the "Connected Accounts" option to link your Microsoft account.

6. Future logins: After connecting your Microsoft account, you can use either the magic link or the connected account to log in to Konfirmity going forward.
