What Grafana access does Konfirmity need?
Konfirmity needs a service account token with the Viewer role plus permission to list data sources, alert rules and snapshots. That covers alert state, data source credential scope and public exposure without any ability to modify dashboards.
Why are public snapshots a risk?
Public snapshots are a risk because they are unauthenticated URLs that outlive the reason they were created, and dashboards routinely reveal hostnames, service topology, traffic volumes and error patterns. That is useful reconnaissance handed over without any access control.
