The DPDP Implementation Checklist for Fintech

Regulated entities start DPDP from well ahead of the pack, because most of what rule 6 demands is already running under the RBI IT Governance Master Direction, SEBI's CSCRF and the IRDAI cyber guidelines. This checklist separates what you have already met from what is genuinely new, and flags every point where the sector instrument is stricter and therefore governs.
