What PagerDuty access does Konfirmity need?

Konfirmity needs a read-only API key covering services, escalation policies, schedules and incidents. That is enough to validate escalation paths, find schedule gaps and use response times as control evidence.

Can PagerDuty data serve as incident response evidence?

Yes, and it is some of the strongest you have. Acknowledgement and resolution timestamps demonstrate your incident process operating continuously, which is far more convincing to an auditor than a written procedure nobody can show being followed.
